We are pleased to inform that the 190th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shakarganj Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 27th January 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Executive Floor, IT Tower 73 E 1, Hali Road Gulberg 3, Lahore to consider and approve the un-audited financial statements of the company for the first quarter ended 31 December 2019 and declaration of entitlement for the shareholders, if any.
